Push-Button Intuition: Art of Conscious Listening

For many of you in the healing and coaching community, this information may seem redundant, so I hope to put a twist on it to pique your playful side.

A lot has been said about listening- but what good does it really do?

Recently, I approached a client about enhancing her listening skills. Her retort was, “I don’t want to spend my time listening to someone else!” Oh, how true! Maybe we only truly listen because we are paid for it!

What if we forget about listening to someone rattle on about their miserable lives, the defaulting romances, the fantastic adventure that is more fiction than truth? What if we just listen to our inner guidance and forget about the rest of it???

Can we just turn our inner guidance on and off like a light switch? For those of you who can do that- great! How long did it take you to learn how to do that and what steps did you have to take to accomplish push button intuition?

For the rest of us, we have to slowly and deliberately pry open a crack in the window of intuition and entice words of wise guidance from that discreet, secret chamber within us. It takes active and constant practice, faith and trust in the information we receive. How can we trust the information coming to us has not gone though the distorting filters of the Window Crack-Keeper? After all, we are threatening his job!!

How can be we build this inner trust in ourselves?

I shudder to say it, but by listening consciously to other people. However, as your friend rambles on about some political scandal that holds no interest for you, you can practice listening for the wisdom carefully disguised in her words, and for the little nudges that come into your mind, whispers to interrupt her monologue and probe deeper to what secret beliefs lie beneath. This action is totally selfish- simply to validate the tiny wisp of insight that slipped past Window Crack-Keeper.

Stopped in her tracks, your fluent friend’s attention is diverted for a quick inner look. Not accustomed to tapping into her inner world, the person quickly hops on the back on the next passing thought, and is back into another description filled with colorful judgments.

Once again, a hint escapes through the Window of intuition, and you interrupt her with another question. This upsets her progress and she falls into a halting gait, pondering your latest insight.

This can become a game for you! And you are getting practice at listening to what is beyond the sound of words and receiving confidence building validation for your inner wisdom. The window is opening.

Soul Realignment™; Will it help me feel better?

Totally enchanted with energy work, I have been working with NES, a system for scanning the human energy field blueprint for distortions and imbalances, and other energy healing modalities. Recently, I was guided to an approach for health and well-being by working from the Soul level; more specifically, from the Akashic records, soul blueprint level. I felt really comfortable with the work, and the information I gained was like the best sci-fi story I’d ever read! I was so taken with the concept that I studied and became a practitioner!

Briefly, there are many levels or dimensions of existence and we have connections to many of them. I’m keeping the focus narrow for this article.

We have chosen to incarnate into a physical body- a 3rd dimensional phenomena. Energy is dense at this level, and accomplishing things takes action and a certain amount of effort. (Don’t we all know this!!)

Our souls exist in the 5th dimension and up, a much lighter energy field where things happen instantly. This is the seat of spirituality, information and part of our essence- the energy that we are.

What did Soul Realignment™ do for me?

I gained clarity and understanding about myself, the tendencies that I have, such as believing in magic and ET’s, my love of technology, especially my healing equipment, and why I always had an underlying desire to make things better. I am just expressing my soul energy and specialized training. This gave me comfort- I was not crazy for having these feelings and desires, I stopped judging myself for being different.

Then I found out about why I was having so much trouble accomplishing what I knew I could accomplish. I had some damage and distortions still with me, that had occurred because of choices I made in other lifetimes. I was running programs of self-doubt which affected several chakra energies, like the 3rd, 6th and 7th. Basically, I doubted myself so much that I couldn’t move ahead, and distrusted my intuition. Plus, I had taken a vow of obedience, so I felt an unconscious need to get approval for any decision I was about to make!! I was effectively disempowered.

After the clearing and realignment process, I noticed that the little knot that was always in my solar plexus (that I didn’t realize was there) was gone! I felt more peaceful, more confident and clarity started entering my thoughts and decisions.

I endured a day of physical upset, as my body energies realigned with my untainted self.

Because negative patterns from many lifetimes can be well established in our physical bodies, there is homework- reinforcing the realignment requests- to be done daily for at least 3 weeks. This supports the clearing and ‘reprogramming’ of higher consciousness energies and patterns into the unconscious.

How can Soul work help physical health and well-being?

People have different belief systems about how to be healthy and what to do if something happens. Some believe implicitly in the power of medications, herbs, surgeries or other physical manipulations. They get results with these methods.

Health as a response to thoughts and feelings is becoming a more popular concept in healing modalities. Affirmations, positive thinking and seeking uplifting feelings have become powerful for those who’s belief systems and inner ‘wiring’ align with this less dense form of reality.

Throughout the ages, spiritual healers, shamans, priests and priestesses and modalities such as Reiki and other energy healing, acupuncture, and ayurvedic medicine practices address health from an energetic-spiritual perspective. There is some truth to the idea that maladies are caused by evil spirits, negative thought forms, energetic tears and smudges to pristine energy fields. And there is the age-old concept of good and evil.

It is my opinion that for true well-being and healing, at least from within the confines of our current knowledge, that healing starts on the soul level- removing obstacles and realigning to our highest purpose. To be effective, this must be supported by positive thoughts and feelings that are in alignment with our soul-selves, and actions taken in the physical that support the good thoughts and spiritual aspects. Full alignment between dimensions, for maximum benefit.

Meet my Outer Spirit Guides: Overseers

We have an inner set of Spirit Guides that stay with us, assigned to work exclusively with us. We have an outer set of Spirit Guides that work with us and many others. They are in charge of specific areas of your life, and are usually more evolved and harder to communicate with.

My Chief Guide, the Master overseer and co-ordinator of the inner and outer circles of guides and teachers, is called ‘Pasha’. He is a Blue Angel, Mintakan of the 7th Archangelic Level of specialized training. He loves to have fun and adventures. He presents himself to me as a joyfully smiling, swashbuckling adventurer- an Errol Flynn, Robin Hood, Zorro or Jack Sparrow. He throws caution to the winds: a true dare-angel because he knows he controls the outcome, and it really doesn’t matter, anyway! He is an 8th dimensional being, and is a master of magic, managing and transforming energy.

He keeps things lively and moving on my team- and in my life.

My Creative Guide is Sirian. He is trained in the 5^th Archangelic level, and vibrates high in the 7th dimension. His role is in creative expression of the magic in life, how to improve your life, sharing concepts of how to create magic in your life, teaching ways to learn or bring about change; making order out of chaos. He is very organized and logical. He works with my inner team to urge structured creative expression that is useful and transforms others.

There are others on the outer team of Spirit Guides. These include the GateKeeper, the Timing Guide, the Karmic Technician, your Bodyguard/Protector and your Astral Guide.

Meet my Inner Spirit Guides: Part 4

Ha is from Hadar. He presents himself as a short stocky fellow, unassuming, and stays in the shadows. He likes quiet and peace. His AA level of training is the 4th level. His vibration rate is 8 dimensional. He is here to help me with my heart- working and living from my heart, healing my heart and other’s hearts. He came fairly recently- about 3 years ago. I had not opened enough to receive his teachings before then.

He works quietly, on my heart, and communicates with me via feelings in the heart. Times when I am aligned, I feel a warmth and connection with everyone, incredible unconditional love and I know he has conveyed his teaching. He works so quietly and gently, that sometimes I don’t hear him. He has my attention now, as he helps me heal an injury on my hand, affecting the Heart and Pericardium Meridians. Sometimes it takes an injury for them to get my attention and listen to the messages.

Mizpah wanted me to add to his profile and mission for me.

He says: “

I am designated spokesperson for your team. I am the bridge between the dimensions you can not access directly, and you. I have been human many times.

I am originally from a place you don’t know, a light world. I spent much time in the Mintakan star system. I also have training in several Archangelic realms- the 5th and 7th levels. I am in association with Metatron, Gabriel, Auriel and Michael much of the time and all the others less of the time. I am your link to the energies you require for your soul’s evolution. Your progress directly helps my progress. It is in my best interest that you grow and expand yourself. It is a win-win situation.

I have a very high vibration rate. You do a good job of translating, though. That is one of your roles. I step the information energy down to a level that you can grasp and you step it down into energy packets that most the people around you can grasp. That is your gift, that is your role. Sort of like an electrical transformer. You easily grasp my concepts and convert them into something known and visual.

I communicate with you all the time. I ‘pop’ ideas into your mind. You have a very fertile mind!”

Meet my Inner Spirit Guides, Part 3

About 7 years ago, I became acquainted with two more Spirit Guides. One, I call the Lady in Yellow. She came through the star gate in Sirius. She is from an undefined soul group, and has a very high soul vibration rate. Her specialized level of training is in communication, especially as a Spiritual Teacher. She is a ‘stranger in a strange land’ and she offers to show me how to be comfortable in strange and new territory.

Another guide, Kie, from Polaris, joined my team about this same time. He actually was working with another person- still is, but came to join me to bring me stability, keep me on course, help me focus my attention and unite people. His specialty is bringing cosmic order and balance, beauty and perfection into all things. He blends the arts and sciences. He is also a 7th dimensional being.

Meet my Inner Spirit Guides, Part 2

About 13 years ago, when I received my 2nd Reiki Attunement, a pair of non-physical beings joined me. The appearance they showed me was very tall, slender, ephemeral. They are from Sirius, male energy, and have special training in the areas of intuition, Divine Truth, inspiration, and communication. Like Mizpah, they are 7th dimensional beings. They work together- hence the name ‘twins’. They came to help me refine my intuition and enhance my communication skills. They are kindred spirits- from my own home star system.

They keep a low profile- not nearly as chatty as Mizpah. None-the-less, I am aware of their influence, as they encourage me in my intuitive abilities and communication skills.

Meet my Inner Team

“Mizpah has been with me since birth. He originated from a star system in Orion’s belt called Mintaka. He says that he is on my team to help me be optimistic, stimulate my curiosity, show me many different things, and keep me out of too much trouble. He says someone needs a sense of humor around here!! He has specialized training in the 7th level- the level of magic and instant manifestation. He knows how to manage and move energy to create anything desired. He likes to talk, and is usually the spokesperson for the rest of my team. He has a soul vibration rate well into the 7th dimension- which makes it really hard to convert his ideas into 3rd dimensional living. He is always saying it’s easy!! He is optimistic, pointing out all the good things about just about everything,

Mizpah presents himself to me in the image of a man, wearing long, flowing white robes, a long, flowing white beard and hair. Something like Gandoff in the Lord of the Rings, or Merlin. His eyes are his most defining feature- filled with gentleness and love. I call him my Cosmic Lover. He has had a big influence on me, especially in the last 10 years when I brought him into consciousness and started talking with him. (Finally!!, he says). He is undaunted, ready with a quick wit and humor. He patiently and persistently prods me out of my ruts and holes. His influence has contributed a lot to who I am today. He keeps reminding me that the more work I do in my evolution, the more that he is evolving, too. We are connected beyond the veil.”
